Welcome to Redlion Haulage.

These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions that apply when using the Redlion Haulage website and participating in the Redlion Haulage virtual trucking community.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, becoming a member, or participating in Redlion Haulage activities, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or participate in the Redlion Haulage community.

2. About Redlion Haulage

Redlion Haulage is an independent virtual trucking community created for entertainment, gaming and community purposes.

Redlion Haulage is not a real-world haulage company and does not provide real-world transportation, employment, delivery, logistics, or commercial haulage services.

Our activities may include virtual trucking, VTC management, organised convoys, community events, screenshots, livestreams and other gaming-related activities.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Redlion Haulage website responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Use the website to distribute spam
  • Impersonate another person or organisation
  • Submit false or deliberately misleading information
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to obtain information belonging to another member without permission
  • Abuse, exploit or intentionally damage any website functionality

4. VTC Membership

Joining Redlion Haulage is subject to our application and membership requirements.

Membership may require information such as a display name, Discord information, gaming information, or other details necessary to manage the VTC.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Redlion Haulage reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend or terminate membership in accordance with our community rules and management procedures.

5. Community Rules

Members are expected to follow the Redlion Haulage Server Rules and any additional rules that apply to specific events, convoys or platforms.

Members are expected to:

  • Treat other members with respect
  • Follow reasonable instructions from Redlion staff
  • Behave appropriately when representing Redlion Haulage
  • Follow the rules of the games and platforms being used
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying and deliberately disruptive behaviour
  • Avoid cheating, exploiting or deliberately disrupting gameplay
  • Respect other VTCs, communities and their members

Serious or repeated breaches of community rules may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension or removal from Redlion Haulage.

6. Website Content

The content displayed on the Redlion Haulage website is provided for general information and community purposes.

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current.

We may update, change, remove or temporarily suspend website content or functionality without notice.

7. Redlion Haulage Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created specifically for Redlion Haulage — including our branding, logos, graphics, website designs, written content, liveries and other original materials — belongs to Redlion Haulage or is used with appropriate permission.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit Redlion Haulage branding or original materials without prior permission.

Members may use approved Redlion Haulage branding and liveries for their intended virtual trucking and community purposes, subject to any applicable Redlion guidelines.

8. User-Submitted Content

Members may submit or share content such as:

  • Screenshots
  • Truck images
  • Videos
  • Convoy photographs
  • Comments
  • Suggestions
  • Other community-related content

By submitting content to Redlion Haulage, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to share that content.

You should not submit content that:

  • Infringes another person's copyright or intellectual property
  • Contains unlawful material
  • Contains malicious software
  • Contains private or confidential information belonging to another person
  • Is deliberately abusive, threatening or discriminatory

Redlion Haulage may remove content that breaches our rules or is otherwise inappropriate for the community.

9. Third-Party Services

The Redlion Haulage website and community may contain links to or use third-party services, including gaming platforms, communication platforms, VTC systems and other external websites.

Examples may include:

  • Discord
  • TruckersMP
  • HaulMP
  • SCS Software services
  • Euro Truck Simulator 2
  • American Truck Simulator
  • Other community or gaming services

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

Redlion Haulage does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies or actions.

10. No Affiliation With Third Parties

Redlion Haulage is an independent community.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Redlion Haulage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to SCS Software, Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator, TruckersMP, HaulMP, Discord, or any other third-party company or service.

All third-party trademarks, logos and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Redlion Haulage website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Attempts to compromise community or website security
  • Misuses Redlion Haulage services
  • Provides deliberately misleading information
  • Engages in behaviour that may put other members or the community at risk

Where appropriate, members may be given an opportunity to appeal a moderation or membership decision through the appropriate Redlion Haulage process.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Changes may be made to reflect changes to the website, community, services, rules or applicable legal requirements.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.

Continued use of the website or participation in the Redlion Haulage community after changes have been published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Use are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply to you.
